Job Title: Soccer Shots Head Coach

Company Description: Soccer Shots Homestead, FL runs soccer classes for daycares, elementary schools, and public parks in the following cities.

Location: Homestead, West Kendall, Palmetto Bay, The Hammock, Richmond West, Country Walk, West Perrine, Cutler Bay, Quail Heights, Princeton, Naranja, Florida City & Key Largo. MUST live within a 15-mile radius of the area

Position Type: Full-time, 35 to 40 hours per week

Compensation: Training: $15/session;
Level 1 Coach: $18/session;
Level 2 Coach: $22/session;
Level 2 Coach + Trainer: $26/session. After completing 3 seasons (6 months) with 90% or above on evaluations, pay changes from hourly to salary.

Job Description:

Soccer Shots seeks a dedicated individual to join as a Soccer Shots Coach. Responsibilities include conducting soccer sessions for children ages 2-8, mentoring new coaches, leading demo sessions, attending open houses, and completing administrative tasks such as preparing for seasons and attending monthly meetings. You will also make school drop-ins to foster relationships with partner schools.

• Coaching or childhood education experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
