SUMMARY

Full-time and part-time positions available for non-certified children's and adult instructors are available for the 24/25 winter season!

Don’t let the title of this position scare you away! We receive numerous questions every season from applicants on how they can become an instructor. If you have ever wanted to spend your season truly enjoying Sierra-at-Tahoe, honing your skills, meeting and working with people from all around the world, this is the position for you! Typically, a non-certified instructor is an intermediate-level skier, someone who wants to develop his or her skiing or riding abilities throughout the season.

They are someone who loves to meet new people and share their passion for the mountain lifestyle and the outdoors. However, all ski ability levels are welcomed and able to assist with ski & ride instruction.

Our “Snow College” new-hire training and development program will give you the tools you need to develop your technical and teaching skills as a skier or rider on the mountain. We will develop your communication skills in delivering a safe and fun lesson.
