This is a full‑time on‑site position based in Land O' Lakes, FL. The Rolloff Dumpster Driver will be responsible for safely operating roll‑off trucks to deliver and pick up waste containers at client locations. Additional duties include ensuring timely service, maintaining equipment, adhering to safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service by representing the company professionally.

• Proven experience in Truck Driving and knowledge of operating large vehicles
• Valid CDL Class A or B license and a clean driving record
• Strong skills in Communication and professional Customer Service
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, with attention to safety and detail
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining roll‑off trucks is highly advantageous
• Physical ability to perform the duties associated with operating heavy equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
