Waste Pro offers energetic CDL drivers pay starting at $20.50/hr with a $2,000 retention bonus. Drivers may earn a $10,000 award every 3 years when meeting specific criteria.

The Residential Driver operates refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, oversees helpers, performs pre‑ and post‑trip checks, and performs related work as assigned.

• Safely drives truck on pre‑established routes, collects and dumps garbage in residential zones, and unloads at disposal sites.
• Provides courteous customer service and exhibits a positive attitude toward company, customer, and municipal goals.
• Ensures garbage and recyclables are picked up properly, tags improper containers, and uses the back door when necessary.
• Performs daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, safety lane activity, and DVIR in accordance with Waste Pro guidelines.
• Maintains a clean truck, washes the exterior weekly, and conducts under‑hood checks for fluid levels and tire pressure.
• Clears scattered refuse, moves and empties large trash bins using truck hydraulics.
• Prepares, maintains, and submits required company and regulatory reports.
• Is responsible for all persons working on the vehicle during the route.
• Complies with all Department of Transportation and state requirements for commercial motor vehicle operators.
• May work during emergency situations.

• Attends corporation‑sponsored training courses as assigned.
• Keeps up to date on current technology relevant to the job.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
