The Journey: LMA (Lead, Manage, and Hold Team Accountable)- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel.
- Foster a collaborative and results‑driven work environment, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving activities.
- Coordinate the efficient flow of products from production facilities to distribution centers.
- Develop and implement strategies to seamlessly integrate production and distribution processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align production schedules with inventory needs.
- Optimize transportation routes and distribution channels to minimize costs and delivery times.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost‑effective transportation, including optimizing Korpack fleet routes.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent overstock or stockouts within ERP and WMS systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Utilize ERP and WMS to drive process improvements and manage profitability.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities in warehouse and distribution operations.
- Work to improve overall efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and adhere to SQF, HACCP, and GMP requirements at every stage of the supply chain.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and returns while maintaining a food‑safe environment.
- Monitor and enforce food safety protocols to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in warehouse and distribution management
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management
- Co‑packing and production services experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn and apply complex concepts
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to efficiency and operational excellence
