About the Role:Warehouse Assistant
We’re looking for a reliable, organised and hands‑on Warehouse Assistant to support our Warehouse Manager and help keep our warehouse running smoothly.
This is a practical role for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying organised and being part of a team that delivers outstanding events. You’ll play a key part in preparing, loading and maintaining our event kit, ensuring everything is ready to go out and comes back in perfect condition.
You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Events Team, learning how our systems work and taking pride in looking after equipment worth millions of pounds. If you’re proactive, detail‑focused and happy to get stuck in, you’ll thrive here.
What a Day Might Look Like:- Event Prep & Van Loading
- Preparing equipment for upcoming events, ensuring everything is correct, clean and complete.
- Helping load vans safely, logically and efficiently.
- Checking delivery notes and ensuring kits match event requirements.
- Supporting smooth handovers to the Events Team.
- Inventory & Stock Support
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager in keeping the inventory system accurate and up to date.
- Checking equipment in and out of the warehouse.
- Making sure accessories, consumables and spares are stocked and correctly stored.
- Flagging missing, damaged or low‑stock items.
- Equipment Care & Warehouse Organisation
- Checking, cleaning and maintaining equipment on return from events.
- Fixing minor issues where possible and flagging repairs when needed.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and easy to work in.
- Support on Projects & Installations
- Supporting wider projects including event installations, technical rigging and building improvements.
- Assisting other departments as required during busy periods.
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Schedule: Mon–Fri, standard working hours. Flexibility required during busy event periods.
Location: Warehouse‑based, with occasional on‑site support at events.
Bonus: Annual profit share if company targets are hit.
