Bayonet Plumbing & HVAC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in Sarasota, FL.

Responsible for receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Must work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders.
• Stock materials and maintain organized inventory.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
• Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Comply with safety policies and use PPE.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience (preferred).
• Pass required safety training, background checks, and drug screening.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, punctual, dependable, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as a team.
• Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (heat, cold, noise).
