Position Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the organization, efficiency, and overall flow of our staging operations. This position supports both in-warehouse logistics—such as inventory management, furniture preparation, and deliveries—and on-site staging installations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations
  • Assist with daily warehouse organization, furniture prep, and movement of inventory.
  • Support receiving, tagging, and logging new inventory into the tracking system.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety throughout the warehouse.
  • Coordinate outgoing and incoming staging deliveries with drivers and movers.
  • Prepare and pack accessories, artwork, and soft goods for upcoming projects.
  • Support furniture maintenance, repairs, and light cleaning as needed.
On-Site Staging Support
  • Assist designers during property installations and de‑stages.
  • Safely load, transport, and install furniture, art, and décor at staging sites.
  • Follow direction on furniture placement, styling, and layout adjustments.
  • Ensure properties are left pristine and photo‑ready upon completion.
  • Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and support during on‑site setups.
General & Administrative
  • Communicate effectively with design, logistics, and operations teams.
  • Track damaged or missing inventory and report issues promptly.
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency across warehouse and field operations.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or furniture handling (staging or moving industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift and move furniture (up to 50 lbs).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude when representing the brand on‑site.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software a plus (e.g., Rental Works, WASP, etc.).
