Our GMs lead the store operations and are responsible for achieving overall performance goals including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development. Unlike most companies, we do not rely on a sink‑or‑swim approach; we provide a multi‑week training program with experienced trainers. Your focus will be on making decisions that impact the P&L, executing the business plan, and ensuring excellence in all aspects of the store.

Our ideal candidate:

• Current GM from a retail or restaurant environment with a passion for personal, hands‑on service.
• Proven understanding of the P&L, business plan execution, and unwilling to compromise on product quality.
• Strong desire to increase sales, build community relationships, and coach talent. Experience hiring seasonal workers is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
