Recruiting Manager - Accounting and FinanceSNI has partnered with a company in the Flower Mound area that is seeking an Accounting Manager. Our client offers a great culture, a 401(k) match, unlimited PTO, a hybrid schedule, and strong growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple locations/entities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across all locations
- Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Ensure consistent application of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with FP&A and operations
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and reporting packages
- Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Identify and implement process improvements to scale accounting operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff across locations
- Partner with operations and leadership to support location-level performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior experience supporting multi-location, multi-entity, or distributed operations
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with consolidations and intercompany accounting
- ERP system experience; multi-location ERP exposure preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Mid-Senior level
