We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing professional who takes pride in creating a warm first impression for clients and guests. As the first point of contact for our office, you’ll set the tone for a positive client experience while providing essential administrative support to our escrow team.

Key Responsibilities- Warmly greet clients and visitors, offering a professional, welcoming experience
- Escort clients to meeting rooms and assist with hospitality needs
- Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system with professionalism and accuracy
- Manage a busy office calendar and assist with scheduling needs
- Receive and distribute mail and packages promptly
- Maintain office appearance, order supplies, and manage inventory (including kitchen and meeting supplies)
- Provide light administrative support to escrow teams as needed
- Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Prior office, administrative, or title industry experience a plus, but not required
