In this role, you'll be responsible for the timely and accurate review of customer agreements (including Purchase Orders), ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and customer expectations.
Your work will help drive operational excellence and risk mitigation, as you liaise across departments and with external partners to interpret contract terms, explain processes, and uphold compliance standards. A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as FAR, DFAR, along with practical knowledge of Export Administration Regulations, International Traffic in Arms Regulations is required. Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Manage customer contracts (Purchase Order) (including government contracts and rated orders) to include:
Performing reviews, identification of contract risks, communicating exceptions, providing contract acknowledgement and formal PO Acceptance. - Identify and assess contractual risks and communicate potential issues to management in a concise manner, following-up to secure timely responses.
- Explain potential risks and offer mitigation ideas, provide input to negotiations, and partner with internal and external stakeholders in the process of offering compliant solutions to contracting requirements.
- Conduct due diligence for customers, identifying risk factors within company's process.
- Maintain contractual records and documentation in designated company's databases.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for execution of Defense Contracts, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), and Export Controls.
- Represent Sales department for internal and external audits by FAA, ISO, AS9100 and Customers.
- Ability to think critically, problem solve and work independently.

- Pull and communicate customer's quality document requirements to QA department for review & exceptions.
- Coordinate sales activities with Technical department to ensure customer product specifications are met.
- Assist in analyzing, tracking and reporting weekly and monthly sales activities and communicating concerns to management as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
