Refurbishment​/Assembly Technician

Overview

We’re hiring Refurbish Assembly Technicians in Flower Mound, TX
. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
, paying $20 hourly,
PAID WEEKLY.

Job Summary: Responsible for performing and executing processes related to the refurbishment, deployment, and problem resolution of unique hardware technologies.

• At least 1 or more years of Assembly & refurbish hardware experience.
• HS Diploma/GED
• Understanding of basic tools required to repair or replace parts.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware that involves the integration of multiple components and machinery.
• Must be able to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong computer skills and competent user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio).
• Must have strong organization skills and electro mechanical skills.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ensures product is refurbished and assembled within current specifications and SOPs, policies, and guidelines as applicable to the assembly operation.
• Develop, document, create, and manage materials used to support repair and deployment of products.
• Interact with scheduling software platforms used in deploying products to customer.
• Facilitate parts inventory management transactions through SAP and/or ancillary software platforms.
• Perform quality checks on product assembly, pre-deployment tests and complete corresponding checklist(s).
• Prepare products for logistics partner(s) shipments.
• Complete all required system transactions to successfully deploy and/or refurbish products.
• Ensure that problems and solutions are documented and recommend preventive measures or problem-solving processes to implement that can become best practice for the team.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.
• Be proactive in process improvements ideas.
• Assist other team members as needed.
