• The Medical Director is a licensed physician who provides administrative services for the hospital, coordinates and directs medical services, and oversees medical staff documentation.
• This position assists in developing, coordinating and participating in continuing education and in-service training and programs for the Hospital's Medical Staff, as well as assists in developing and implementing quality treatment programs, clinical programs and modalities to meet the needs of the Hospital and its patients.
• The Physician is licensed without restriction to provide professional medical services in physiatry, and qualified to provide medical administrative services in the area of physical medicine and rehabilitation.
