Mobile YMCA Representative - Game Truck

We are looking for a Representative for our Mobile YMCA who will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing games, consoles, and controllers for event/player use
• Coordinate players and assist with game-related questions
• Build relationships and retain a positive game experience
• Attend paid trainings and meetings and learn new skills
• Work with a team to make a lasting difference in your community
• Schedule will be approximately 10 to 20 hours per week depending on the needs of the Mobile YMCA

• Knowledge of video games, consoles, and esports
• Provide positive experiences during gaming events
• Adaptable to changing situations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Professional customer service and communication skills
• Responsible for quality and accuracy
• Bilingual helpful, but not required
• Availability during the day on weekdays is required. Evening and weekend availability is a plus
