As a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you will be at the forefront of delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients first. You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success. You will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, delivering the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology, as well as collaborating with our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs for clients.
Job Responsibilities- Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company’s culture and values.
- Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to grow deposits and investments.
- Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
- Build and cultivate a high‑performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
- Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
- Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
- Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
- Passion for creating exceptional experiences and setting the tone in the branch.
- Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees.
- Master of multitasking, excelling at organizing and managing competing priorities.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, changing environment, using strong decision‑making skills.
- Experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment.
- Desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect team, partners, and clients with technology.
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
- College degree or military equivalent.
- Successfully complete the Branch Manager Training Program before placement.
- Be able to travel as required for in‑person training and meetings; some travel may be out‑of‑state.
This position is subject to the Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An employment offer is contingent on review of criminal history, credit report, and other relevant information. The position also requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry registration under the SAFE Act of 2008.
