At MOD Facial we believe expert care is the fastest route to lasting radiance. We’re looking for a licensed Esthetician who pairs deep skin-science knowledge with caring, one-on-one guidance—someone who can translate clinical best practices into results our guests can see and feel.

• Perform customized 50-minute facials that integrate advanced modalities (e.g., LED, chemical peels) and evidence-based ingredient protocols.
• Conduct thorough consultations—analyzing hydration, barrier health, and Fitzpatrick type—then craft treatment plans that evolve with each visit.
• Educate guests on the why behind each step, from exfoliation depth to home-care pH, empowering them to maintain results between sessions.
• Have fun, no, seriously, have fun!

• Genuine PASSION for Skincare
• Active Texas Esthetician license with at least 1 year of results-driven facial experience (hydrodermabrasion, chemical peels, or similar).
• Confident retail educator who recommends regimens based on ingredient efficacy, not hype.
• Comfortable working toward attainable service and product benchmarks while always prioritizing client outcomes.
• Weekend availability and genuine passion for advancing skin wellness in the Flower Mound Community

• Competitive hourly base plus tips and uncapped retail commissions.

Pay starts out at $10 per hour depending on experience + 10% Service Commission + Product commissions + Tips. Our service providers typically make $40 - $50 per hour combined.

We are open Tuesday – Saturday 10AM – 7PM and Sunday 12PM – 6PM. If you cannot work on Saturday & Sunday, please do not apply.
