This is a full-time, on-site Barber role based in Flower Mound, TX. The Barber will provide high-quality haircuts, trims, and grooming services, including precision cutting, styling, and beard maintenance, while delivering a comfortable and premium experience for each client. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their grooming preferences, recommending appropriate styles and treatments, and maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workstation.

The Barber will support membership retention by building strong client relationships, adhering to brand standards, and collaborating with team members to ensure excellent service. The role also involves following health and safety regulations, managing appointment timing efficiently, and promoting additional services and products when appropriate.

• Candidates should possess strong Barbering and Hair Cutting skills, with experience in modern and classic men’s styles.
• Candidates should possess Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including product knowledge and techniques for different hair types.
• Candidates should possess Cosmetology-related skills, supported by a current state barber or cosmetology license as required in Texas.
• Strong client service, communication, and consultation skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Previous experience in a barbershop or men’s grooming environment is preferred.
• Willingness to follow brand standards, participate in ongoing training, and adapt to new techniques and services.
