Envision Imaging – MRI Technologist (Flower Mound, TX)
Position Overview
Joining our team as an MRI Technologist, you will perform MRI procedures according to protocol, maintaining patient safety and contributing to unit security.
Essential Functions- Interface with patients to obtain medical history and explain the exam.
- Screen charts for clinical information, consent, implants, and allergies.
- Acquire prior imaging as needed and perform high‑quality scans for radiologist interpretation.
- Attend to patient care before, during, and after the exam, notifying relevant parties if condition changes.
- Transfer images to other locations as required.
- Coordinate scan protocols with the radiologist.
- Inspect equipment and report quality concerns, failures, or deficiencies.
- Collaborate with Lead Technologist and Center Manager on departmental matters.
- Two plus years experience in MRI (preferred).
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
- Current ARRT certification with Registry in Magnetic Resonance Imaging or current ARMRIT.
- Current state license (if applicable) and CPR certification.
- Detail oriented, self‑motivated, problem solver, and team player.
- Ability to excel in a fast‑pace team environment and continuously “exceed” expectations.
