Patient Care Technician (PCT) – DaVita Kidney Care

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end‑stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands‑on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment.

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other team members

• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable with blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or other healthcare experience
