JOB DESCRIPTION :

Stretch Med - is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our fast-growing team. We are in need of a part time Stretch Therapist for our location in Flower Mound, TX, which opened in April 2024.

NO ASSISTED STRETCHING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

We will 100% train you on our industry leading 36-Stretch Protocol and then certify you as a Stretch Med CST (Certified Stretch Therapist).

What You Bring:

• Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field required.
• Experience in fitness or membership sales.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stellar communication: be it face-to-face, calls, or emails.
• Personable
• Dependable
• Can follow policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Proficiency with studio software and an eye for detail.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Your Role:

• Deliver amazing one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and stretch plans to clients.
• Provide compassionate client engagement and top-notch customer service.
• Help build the membership base through membership sales.
• Ensure the safety of our clients with proper stretch techniques.
• Contribute to running fun and successful sales / marketing events.
• Contribute ideas/content for social media to build a thriving online community
• Stay on top of studio software for accuracy and insightful reports.
• Contribute to studio aesthetics, from cleanliness to organization.

Experience level:

• No stretching experience needed!
• Background in Exercise Science education or a qualified exercise related field.

License/Certification*:

• Certified Personal Trainer/Massage Therapist/Yoga Instructor/ Physical Therapy Assistant (Preferred)
• Must have a backround / certification / license in similar fields to be considered

Job Type:

• Part-time

Salary:

• $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, + plus stretching bonus

Expected hours:

• 15 – 30 per week

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

No stretching experience necessary, we will 100% train you on our industry leading 36-Stretch Protocol and then certify you as a Stretch Med CST (Certified Stretch Therapist)

This position has unlimited growth potential, as long as you can continue to "develop therapists", and run a profitable studio, you will have limitless ability to open new studios and continue to receive a percentage of those profits.

Stretch Med opened its first location in Wellesley, Massachusetts in November 2019. We started 2022 with 7 locations and will now have 38 locations open across the nation. We expect to reach 100 locations nationwide by the end of this year. We currently have 4 locations in Texas and we are the only location in the DFW area.

Our purpose is to eliminate chronic pain, increase mobility, rejuvenate, and help our clients move well
