Catering & Event Concierge

A leading grocery retailer in Flower Mound is seeking a Concierge to manage guest relations and catering orders. The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with various departments for catering needs. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, placing orders, and ensuring timely pick-ups. Ideal candidates should have a food service background, and culinary or hospitality education is a plus.

Must be available 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm. This position offers an opportunity to enhance guest experiences and ensure event success.
