Business Systems Analyst (Power Platform & Process Automation)

Wills Investment Group operates a fast-growing network of convenience stores across multiple states. We’re looking for a hands‑on, tech‑savvy Business Systems Analyst to maintain and improve the systems that power our operations — from Power Automate workflows to accounting data integrations. This is a great opportunity for a recent MIS or IT graduate who wants to build real‑world experience in automation, analytics, and systems integration while working side‑by‑side with company leadership.

• Maintain and enhance Power Platform tools — Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Support and maintain accounting automations and financial data integrations.
• Build new workflows connecting operations, accounting, and management.
• Keep FTP and data pipelines running reliably; troubleshoot transfer issues.
• Create and update Power BI dashboards for store metrics, fuel pricing, and KPIs.
• Monitor integrations across fuel systems, tank monitoring, telecom failover, pump pricing, and accounting exports.
• Manage virtual machines, credentials, and user access for field staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience or strong aptitude to learn quickly.
• Experience or familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or SharePoint preferred.
• Interest in data flows between operational and accounting systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
