• Prepare and review financial disclosures, support calculations, and marital balance sheets.
• Manage case files and maintain detailed and accurate client records.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, trial binders, and court filings.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts.
• File documents electronically (e-filing) in state and local courts.
• Maintain and track deadlines for court dates, hearings, and client deliverables.
• Provide compassionate and professional support to clients during emotionally sensitive legal matters such as divorce, custody, and domestic violence cases.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in family law.
• In-depth knowledge of family law procedures, terminology, and local court rules.
• Proficiency with legal software and tools.
