CTDI is a large-scale engineering, repair, and logistics company that serves the country’s largest wireless telecommunications providers, the largest high‑speed internet & cable providers, and has a global footprint.
Shift time: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

• Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Executes foundational tasks within a warehouse: packaging, unpackaging, put away, sorting, staging, picking, shipping, and preparing units for production.
• Cut open boxed inventory in the storage area or on the rack.
• Place open boxes on the appropriate shelf of the flow rack.
• Walk the length of the flow rack.
• Wrap cords neatly and securely, ensuring they are tangle‑free.
• Assist with labeling, tagging, or color‑coding wrapped cords as needed for easy identification.
• Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals.
• Complete required paperwork, forms, or digital records accurately and promptly for documentation purposes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Follow warehouse safety regulations.
• All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.

• Capacity to demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and dependability.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic computer ability.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.

• Previous experience working in a high‑volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service, or forward logistics operation.
• Ability to handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher‑level staff.
• Clerical skills.
• Time‑management skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

• Warehouse environment.
• Stand dynamically for long periods.
• Use hands and fingers to handle, pick, pinch, hold, grasp or turn items.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Push and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Reach up and out with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to climb stairs or ladders.
