Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery

Flower Mound, TX

Contract

• Provide autonomous patient care within a Labor and Delivery and/or Antepartum setting
• Perform cervical exams and triage assessments independently
• Circulate for Cesarean Section procedures
• Perform infant deliveries (baby catch) as needed
• Monitor and interpret fetal monitoring data using Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) skills

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) – Intermediate or Advanced certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Experience in Labor and Delivery and/or Antepartum care
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without a teaching hospital environment
• Proficiency in C-section circulation and infant delivery
