Responsibilities- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute weekly lead generation systems
- Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify homes
- Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers
- Convert prospecting activities into appointments
- Participate in team activities as per standards
- Attend weekly coaching, training, and partner calls
- Consult with sellers, list homes, and market properties
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
