Base pay range$50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Responsibilities- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agents to guide clients to homes
- Provide detailed feedback to refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients and agents
- Generate a minimum of 10 hours of leads weekly
- Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
- Attend weekly coaching sessions, trainings, and partner calls
- Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
