Responsibilities:
  • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal.
  • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision.
  • Schedule and be present for all property inspections to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements.
  • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data.
  • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth.
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required or motivation to obtain one.
  • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising.
Compensation:

$96,400 - $225,000 yearly
