Role:
Lead Home Service Technician / Handyman

We are Tru Blue of Flower Mound, a Home Ally Service company dedicated to providing premium handyman services with bonded and insured technicians. Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes by offering handyman services, home assessments, and regular maintenance. We are seeking a reliable lead home technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers and to lead a group of technicians who will report to you.

• Provide general home services to customers in the community.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians who report to you.
• Perform miscellaneous around-the-house repairs including carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical.
• Assist with bathroom upgrades/remodels, kitchen repairs/remodels, and other general home repairs as needed.

• 10+ years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work.
• Proficient in: bathroom upgrades/remodel, drywall repair/patching/caulking, flooring repair and installation, general carpentry, general home repairs, kitchen repair/remodel, minor plumbing and electrical, interior and exterior painting.
• Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and standard tools.
• Legal citizen of the US and fluent in English.
• Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but licensed tradesmen are welcome to apply.
