Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $40.00/hr

• Care for members through relationship building, private sessions, small group training, and sports performance coaching.
• Engage in goal setting, membership engagement, and client retention activities to support overall member experience.
• Represent the values and professionalism of S2S and enhance brand awareness and reach.
• Provide a safe and educational environment for members; contribute ideas and techniques to improve the S2S experience while collaborating with the team.
• Emphasize functional fitness, core strengthening, and training in small class sizes.

• Qualified fitness professional
• Certified through nationally recognized associations
• Experience in small group training
• Strong knowledge of functional fitness, core strengthening, and HIIT workouts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with TRX Suspension Trainer

Learn the S2S Hardcore program, a fitness program developed to provide a safer, cross-fit style, HIIT, circuit-inspired workout. Classes are taught by qualified professionals in a small group setting and challenge muscular endurance, strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular performance. Instructors support members through relationship building and pursue continual growth in professional areas.
