BODYBAR Pilates is a dynamic boutique fitness franchise delivering powerful Pilates workouts through our signature BODYBAR method — now in studios across the U.S. We’re setting the bar on how Pilates is taught and experienced, blending strength, form, and CHEER in everything we do. We’re looking for a sharp, engaging, and peppy Sales Associate to join our studio team. You’ll play a key role in driving studio growth, creating a welcoming space for members, and helping deliver the BODYBAR magic every day. If you’re organized, goal-driven, and LOVE connecting with people, we want you on our team!

• Lead new member generation through confident sales conversations and smart follow-ups.
• Support retention by building authentic, personal connections with every BODYBAR member.
• Help the team crush daily sales goals and booking targets.
• Jump into local events + partnerships to promote the BODYBAR community.
• Keep studio records organized and up to date — from member bookings to sales logs.
• Bring energy, cheer, and connection to the studio floor before and after class.

• ✅ Friendly, professional, and polished communication (in person, on the phone, and over email).
• ✅ Passion for fitness and wellness.
• ✅ Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
• ✅ Comfortable with computers and studio management software.
• ✅ Ability to work independently.
• ✅ High school grad (some college preferred).
