Are you passionate about coaching and developing gymnasts at every level? We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Full-Time Gymnastics Coach to join our team!

As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for leading and assisting with both team-level gymnastics (Xcel and/or USAG) and recreational gymnastics classes. The ideal candidate is versatile, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about helping athletes of all ages grow in skill, confidence, and love for the sport.

• Prior coaching experience with competitive Xcel levels and/or compulsory/optional team programs
• Strong ability to teach recreational gymnastics to ages 3+
• Up-to-date knowledge of gymnastics, safety protocols, drills, and skill progressions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Excellent communication skills with parents, athletes, and co-workers
• Reliable, organized, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within our program

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for class management, athlete evaluations, and planning
• Familiarity with lesson planning and athlete tracking software is a plus
