Warehouse Associate​/Material Handler

Pay: $15.50/hr (Paid Weekly)

- Thursday | 6:00am - 4:30pm

We are hiring Warehouse Associates / Material Handlers for a fast-paced warehouse environment in Flower Mound. This role involves supporting warehouse operations through material movement, loading/unloading, product staging, inventory handling, packing, and shipping activities. • Load and unload merchandise from conveyor belts, pallets, and staging areas
• Move materials and products throughout the warehouse using manual pallet jacks
• Stage products and inventory for picking, packing, and shipping
• Unpack, sort, count, and organize incoming products
• Pick and place products into totes while maintaining order accuracy
• Use scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement
• Audit orders and shipments for quantity and quality accuracy
• Resolve shortages and locate missing or incorrect items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• At least 3 months of warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred
• Experience using manual pallet jacks preferred
• Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in loud, non-temperature-controlled environments
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
