Registered Behavior Technician – Autism Learning Partners
We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician to support children and teens with autism. Six or more months of paid or volunteer experience working with children is required. No certification required – we will help you earn your RBT certification.
The Basics- Hours:
Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm – 8:00 pm;
Saturdays are optional but welcome. - Job type:
Part‑time - Compensation: $21‑$26.75 /hr; earn an extra $2 /hr upon completing RBT certification.
- We provide paid training and cover expenses for required background checks, physical exam, TB test, and immunizations.
- High School Diploma or GED and at least one semester of college coursework or current enrollment.
- 6 + months of paid work, volunteer program, or ABA experience with children.
- Device capable of capturing session data (smartphone, tablet, laptop) and tech‑savvy.
- Experience with children who have autism or special needs is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
- Ability to keep up with active children and maintain professional, enthusiastic demeanor.
- Pass a criminal background check, motor‑vehicle record, TB test, pre‑employment physical, and required immunizations.
- Successful completion of mandatory training: orientation, 40 hours RBT training, skills practice, CPR, CPI, and pass the RBT exam.

- Ensure client safety and maintain confidentiality.
- You enjoy caring for children.
