TEKsystems is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Technician to join a large-scale enterprise IT organization in Flowery Branch, GA. You will be the first point of contact for end-user technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and device issues with a strong customer-service focus.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT help desk or desktop support, experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Service Now, and familiarity with Azure Entra Dell hardware.
