General Manager – McDonald’s Franchisee Restaurant

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop a plan to achieve those goals.

• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching and direction.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a high‑performing team.
• Maintain profitability, quality, safety, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align restaurant objectives with corporate strategy.

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume quick‑service restaurants.
• Background in hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
• 18 years or older.
