Job Description:Maintenance Technicians ensure that industrial machines and equipment are maintained and repaired, minimizing downtime and maintaining production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in industrial equipment.
- Read and understand equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime and emergency call-ins as needed.
