Requisition
The purpose of this position is to support regional and statewide lottery sales initiatives by conducting marketing research, delivering product and systems training, and strengthening relationships with retailers and lottery officials. This role enhances product performance, drives sales growth, and ensures successful implementation of new games, promotions, and marketing programs through field support, communication, and engagement at events.
- Conducting marketing research and supporting the development, implementation, and execution of marketing promotions and product training within the assigned region.
- Serving as a primary liaison between the company, lottery officials, and retailers to ensure effective communication, alignment, and partnership.
- Developing and delivering training for retailers, lottery representatives, and company staff on equipment operations, systems functionality, and game products.
- Visiting retailers to promote sales initiatives, strengthen relationships, and support overall business growth.
- Assisting with field research to identify opportunities, trends, and performance insights that inform business decisions.
- Supporting the design and rollout of programs aimed at increasing sales and enhancing product performance.
- Overseeing company gaming activities at marketing fairs, community events, and promotional engagements.
- Assisting with the implementation of new games and enhancements to existing game portfolios.
- Participating in the planning, coordination, and execution of new game testing activities.
- Creating and producing game sales presentations, training materials, and supporting documentation.
- Attending and contributing to regional and statewide sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
- Maintaining and updating all training documents, reference materials, and instructional guides used by retailers and internal staff.
- Assisting lottery personnel with retailer troubleshooting, including chronic performance challenges and technical issues.
- Performing additional projects and duties as assigned to support regional and statewide marketing objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a marketing role.

Estimated starting compensation range is $39,848–$103,002, with potential for commission or discretionary bonuses. Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan with company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity‑theft insurance. Annual information‑security training is required for all employees.
