Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Director of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization. This individual will oversee various levels of the sales team, improve overall sales processes, and drive performance through strong leadership, measurable KPIs, and continuous optimization of the sales cycle. The Director of Sales will play a critical role in aligning sales strategy with company goals, maximizing revenue growth, and expanding Netlink Voice’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales team to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
- Define, implement, and refine sales processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the sales cycle.
- Establish and track KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and accountability within the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align lead generation, pipeline management, and customer success strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop long‑term sales strategies and revenue targets.
- Build and foster a high‑performance sales culture focused on growth, customer value, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to expand Netlink Voice’s footprint within target verticals and new markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and leading high‑performing sales teams, preferably within SaaS, telecommunications, or technology services.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful sales processes and KPI frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
