Join European Wax Center as a Guest Service Associate (GSA) and be a key part of providing exceptional service to our valued guests! In this role, you will create a welcoming environment and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their experience.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival

Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes

Managing booking appointments and handling customer inquiries over the phone and in-person

Educating guests on services, products, and promotions

Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Handling transactions accurately and efficiently

Contributing to a positive team environment by supporting fellow associates

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service role preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction

Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software

Approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude

Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
