In this role, you will:

• Answer incoming phone calls with a professional, warm and friendly tone.
• Listen carefully to caller needs and ask helpful questions.
• Guide callers through solutions, troubleshooting, or resource options.
• Record accurate notes in our system to ensure callers get the proper follow-up.
• Support callers with calm, expert guidance.

Essential

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Computer proficiency with the ability to utilize multiple screens/applications while maintaining focus on a conversation.
• Exceptional communication skills both active listening and a clear spoken communication style.
• A natural focus on discovering functional answers to resolve issues.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
