- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Nursing, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Administration.

- Experience in managing clinical trials and knowledge of oncology and neurology.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of clinical operations for oncology and neurology programs.
