RN - Cath Lab role at Talented Medical Solutions
. Start: ASAP. Duration: 8 weeks.

Location:

Flowood, MS, United States.

• BLS, ACLS, Cath Lab and/or EP experience
• Perm address within 50 miles of the facility

• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies during procedures.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.
• Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare team for optimal patient care.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the lab.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care instructions.
• Adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in cardiac care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the Cath Lab.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.

• Current RN license with specialization in cardiac catheterization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Proficiency in monitoring and interpreting patient vitals during procedures.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cardiologists and healthcare teams.
• Strong understanding of safety and regulatory standards in healthcare.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
• Experience in educating patients and families about cardiac procedures.
• Ability to adapt to new cardiac care technologies and methodologies.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff members.
