Web Designer

Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Designer to design, update, and maintain visually stunning, user‑friendly websites for our portfolio of brands. You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure our sites not only look great but also perform as effective lead generation tools. This role requires a blend of design creativity, UX/UI expertise, and familiarity with web development best practices.

• Website Design: Create visually compelling, on‑brand web designs for new pages, landing pages, and microsites across multiple companies.
• UX/UI Optimization: Ensure all sites are intuitive, mobile‑responsive, and optimized for user engagement and conversions.
• Content Integration: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design layouts that enhance messaging, campaigns, and SEO strategies.
• Maintenance & Updates: Perform regular updates, troubleshoot display issues, and maintain brand consistency across all web properties.
• Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with internal or outsourced developers to implement designs in Word Press, Hub Spot CMS, or other platforms.
• Performance Monitoring: Assist with website performance reviews, ensuring pages load quickly, meet accessibility standards, and follow SEO best practices.
• Brand Cohesion: Translate brand guidelines into cohesive digital experiences for each unique subsidiary.

• 5+ years of professional web design experience (agency or multi‑brand experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive web design work.
• Proficiency in design tools.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
• Experience designing for CMS platforms like Word Press or Hub Spot CMS.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and SEO‑friendly design.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus:
  Experience with Hub Spot landing page templates or marketing automation integration.
