Netlink Voice is seeking an AI Integration Engineer to lead the adoption, implementation, and optimization of AI tools across our organization. This role will work closely with multiple departments—including Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Leadership—to identify opportunities where AI can streamline workflows, improve decision‑making, and enhance customer outcomes.

• Evaluate, implement, and integrate AI tools and platforms across the organization
• Partner with internal teams to understand workflows and identify AI‑driven improvement opportunities
• Develop and deploy AI‑powered automations, integrations, and internal tools
• Assist teams in adopting AI solutions through training, documentation, and ongoing support
• Work with leadership to help define and execute the company’s AI roadmap and strategy
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems such as CRM, ticketing, ERP, VoIP platforms, and internal databases
• Monitor AI performance, accuracy, and ROI, and continuously optimize implementations
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, models, and best practices
• Ensure responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI across the organization

• Experience working with AI/ML tools, APIs, or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI, etc.)
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and automation
• Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience working cross‑functionally with both technical and non‑technical teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Experience integrating AI into customer support, sales, or operational workflows
• Familiarity with CRM systems, VoIP platforms, or telecom environments
• Knowledge of data analysis, prompt engineering, or AI model tuning
• Prior experience helping lead or scale AI initiatives within an organization
