The Data & Information Developer II is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing corporate business intelligence and reporting tools that meet business requirements and performance expectations. The role involves analyzing and defining data mapping requirements in collaboration with business analysts and data architects, monitoring reporting tools from an administrative perspective, configuring new reporting applications, and tuning the performance of existing applications.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with business intelligence and ETL tools such as Information Builders WebFOCUS, SAS Infosphere Data Stage, and Infosphere Server products.
• 5+ years of experience in a structured programming environment.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL / Relational databases such as DB2, SQL, Netezza, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Tableau is preferred.
• Proficiency with office products.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Background in medical and financial data analysis in the health insurance industry is preferred.
• Availability for after-hours support as needed.
