We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000, plus commissions and bonus opportunities, with potential for additional earnings.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
• Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
• Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.
• Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
• Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.

• Obtain a Property and Casualty License within 30 days of hire (if not already licensed).
• Preferred candidates already hold a license but are willing to train new hires.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new software and tools.
