Help others in your community recover after they have suffered from unexpected property damage caused by water, mold, smoke, fire, vandalism, storms or other maladies! Paul Davis Restoration, the country's leading disaster restoration company, is seeking an energetic, motivated leader to join our team. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, be able to pass drug and criminal background checks, and be available to be "on call" after hours.
Two years’ experience in water and smoke restoration is preferred but not required.
Oversees emergency & mitigation operations to ensure maximum operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction and employee safety.
Reports To:
Restoration Operations Manager
- Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity
- Align with the Paul Davis Core Values
- Coordinate and supervise the work of Emergency Water Services (incl. extraction, drying plans, documentation)
- Coordinate and supervise the work on Emergency Fire/Smoke Services (incl. deodorization, board‑ups, roof tarping, structure securing)
- Coordinate and supervise the work on Mold Remediation (including demolition and cleaning)
- Oversee Equipment Maintenance and expendables (incl. maintaining MSDS sheets)
- Communicate with Management & Customers
- Resolve customer service complaints and directly contact customers as needed; communicate in courteous, professional, and informative manner
- Train and supervise emergency services technicians, assistant technicians, and crew members
- Maintain relationships with adjusters and provide updates as needed
- Perform on‑call rotation as needed & ensure adequate staffing for after‑hour, weekend and holiday shifts
- Monitor performance data and prevent/solve problems
- Monitor and address safety issues and safety practices
- Complete jobs successfully & create estimates as needed
- Audit cost estimates, response times, job completion to determine additional instruction
- Audit technician certification to ensure compliance with Franchise Agreement and Program work
- Audit job work completed, certificates of completion, chemical/product and equipment use to determine leakage and proper use of equipment, report to Restoration Operations Manager
- Conduct continuous analysis to ensure compliance with all Paul Davis processes, policies, better business practices, and applicable laws and regulations
Associate’s degree or other equivalent professional experience. Minimum of two (2) years experience as a department supervisor.
Licenses & CertificationsValid Driver’s License. Must receive training & certification in IICRC WRT, ASD, Fire & Smoke Restoration & Applied Microbial Remediation.
Physical Demands and Environmental ConditionsStrength:
Medium/heavy – exert force 20‑100 lbs frequently or 10‑40 lbs constantly. May involve significant standing, walking, pushing, pulling. Physical demands include occasional climbing, balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, handling, smelling. Vision: frequent near and far acuity, depth perception and color vision.
$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
