• Experienced providers only (min 1-2 yrs. in NP role)
• Cardiology background required
• Support routine clinic follow-ups and hospital discharge follow-up appointments in clinic setting
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday (day schedule)
• Call schedule:
  One weekend per month (7am - 12pm)
• Hospital-employed role with our Cardiology-based Outpatient Clinic
